Reds waiting to decide Game 4 starter

|
PHILADELPHIA -- Reds manager Dusty Baker has yet to name a starter for a potential National League Division Series Game 4 vs. the Phillies, which would be played Monday in Cincinnati, if necessary. The leading candidate is rookie lefty Travis Wood, who pitched 3 1/3 scoreless innings of relief for Edinson Volquez in Game 1.

"We'll wait to make the decision," Baker said. "We don't know who we'll have to use in the meantime."

One thing that was clear -- Wood wasn't available from the bullpen on Friday. Because he's one of the fastest players on the team, he was considered available to pinch-run on Friday.
